HIV

I think somewhere previously I had mentioned that HIV is one of my favourite viruses (reason: its clever, living intracellularly crippling the immune system insiduously, yeay!). Actually world will be a better place without it, seriously we are better off without this dangerous retrovirus.

FACT: More than 30 million people worldwide are now infected with HIV. That's alot! -Considering that there are a lot more undiagnosed cases. 

Speaking of which, mom and dad are worried that I'll be going to Africa soon (for electives). I am not. Well, at least yet. 

PS: Finally, a medically related entry! Ha. You guys will be pleased to hear that revision has started for (poor?) me albeit very slowly (escargot or tortoise like speed)
